Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. What the service is, and is not

SAGE Edge is a football analytics service. It publishes the weekly statistical selections of a model, with their market prices, probabilities and written analysis. It is information only: it is not advice, a recommendation, or a promise of any outcome. SAGE is not an operator of games or gambling services, accepts and places nothing on anyone's behalf, and holds no customer money. What you do with information is your own decision and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to access this kind of information where you live. By creating an account you confirm this. We may ask for proof and may close accounts that we believe belong to a minor.

4. Your account

One account per person. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share your access, resell or republish the content, or copy it by automated means. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

5. What you can buy

Prices are shown on the Site in [currency] and again at checkout before you pay. Taxes (such as VAT) are shown at checkout where they apply. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive your card details. Currency conversion charges by your bank are outside our control.

6. Weeks with fewer or no combinations

SAGE publishes a combination only when its model rules are met. In some weeks a market may have few combinations or none. We sell and publish what exists; nothing is added to fill a gap. Monthly access covers whatever is published in each week of the period.

7. Subscription and cancellation

Monthly access renews every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Cancel any time in "My account" (manage subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

8. Digital content, immediate access and withdrawal

Content is delivered digitally, immediately after payment. Before paying you confirm that you want immediate access and understand that, once access has begun, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. See Refunds & withdrawal.

9. No guarantee

Football results are uncertain. Probabilities are model estimates, not predictions of certainty. Past results do not guarantee future results. Prices shown are those recorded at freezing time and may have changed or been withdrawn by the time you look. See Responsible use.

10. Our liability

We do our best to publish accurate data, but provide the Site "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you take using the information, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud, death or personal injury) or any mandatory consumer right you have.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, its selections, analysis, reports and design belong to SAGE. You get a personal, non-transferable right to view them for your own use.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms or the prices for the future. Changes do not affect what you have already paid for; for subscriptions we will tell you before a price change takes effect and you may cancel.

13. Law and complaints

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Write to us first at [email]; we answer within 30 days.
